Complete design with UI/UX and hosting, delivered lean.
$1,500 one-time project fee
Best for clients with imagery and content ready who want a complete design at a leaner fee.
Tier 2
The full-service engagement for a new website.
$3,500 one-time project fee
Best for clients launching a new online presence who want design, data, and infrastructure handled end to end.
Tier 3 · Corporate
The Complete Build, extended with a managed support month.
$5,000 one-time project fee
Best for established organizations that want the complete build plus a trained in-house point of contact.

The person behind the bolt
A U.S. military veteran who spent his career solving hard engineering problems, Jeremy Colvin founded Bolt Engineering Services and Bolt Weapons LLC in 2025 with a simple conviction: the same rigor that earns its keep inside national laboratories belongs behind every client-facing project.
His engineering career spans some of the country’s most demanding institutions — including the engineering team at UC Berkeley Laboratory and at Square, where he developed and ran three engineering labs. In 2025 he struck out on his own to found Bolt, carrying that laboratory-grade discipline directly to his clients.
Today he works with every client personally, start to finish: the same person who scopes your project is the one who designs it, builds it, and stands behind it.
